Chacharone Properties completes the first of three projects for Table Talk Pies, a 50,000 sf manufacturing facility located at 25 Southgate Street, Worcester and plays an important role in revitalizing the South Main and Main South neighborhoods.
Chacharone Properties purchases the former Allegro building located at 115 Northeast Cutoff, Worcester with a vision to rebrand the building, connect to the Worcester Life Science ecosystem and create a biotech destination.
